How it works

I will draw a character (original or not) in exchange for money.
I do not accept original character(s) (OCs) if you don't have reference images, templates or a general idea of what you wish for your OC.My drawing process happens in these steps: 1.Sketch -> 2.Lineart -> 3.Colouring -> 4.Finish (extra details, colour correction, etc)I will only start the next step after I got a confirmation from you saying that I can do so. Example: if I'm on the Lineart step, I won't start the Colouring step until I get an OK from you.To start, you will send me your request and I will make a simple/rough sketch and then send it back to you. If you approve of the sketch, you can send me the payment and I will start working on your commission.

Terms of Services

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:GENERAL TERMS
--Any statement here can be changed after discussing it with me, the artist, prior to the commission payment.--I hold the rights over my work, which means that I can use the commission to promote myself in the future.--I have the right to refuse the commission if the request makes me uncomfortable, real life problems get in the way, or other personal reasons.You may NOT use this commission for/to:
-NFTs.
-AI generated content.
-Claiming it is yours or someone else that is not me, the artist.
-Cryptocurrency.COMMERCIAL USE
Comercial commissions adds +$50 to the final price.
Example: If your total is $20, then for commercial use your final price will be $70.
COMMUNICATION
--All communication will be done through my Ko-fi account (Shwaim), E-mail, Discord or one of my social medias listed below. I will not communicate by X (former Twitter).--I will ask for you to provide at least 2 different ways for me to communicate with you.--I will communicate anything that may delay or impact the commission's delivery.

REVISIONS
--I will be checking in with you during each step of the commission and will not continue until I get an OK from you.--if you wish to significantly/drastically change something from the previous step 3 or more days after you've given me the OK, or a week (or more) after the commission has been delivered, you will be charged 1-3 dollars extra. Such changes are anything that makes me noticeable redraw/redo something from a previous step. If this happens, I will communicate with you.--Small corrections and/or changes from previous steps are not charged during the commission process.--Changes during each step are not charged.--You have the right to ask me about your commission progress at any moment. PLEASE remember that I might take a while to respond.

REFUNDS
--I can cancel your commission and refund your money at any moment. If this happens, I will communicate with you and explain the reason for such decision.--I will not 100% refund your money if I've already started working on your commission.--You cannot demand for a refund after I've started working on your commission.

PAYMENT
--I will be accepting payment by Ko-Fi or Paypal only.--Payment will happen after I send you the sketch of your commission and you approve of the sketch.

TIME OF DELIVERY
--It will take me 1-3 weeks to finish your commission, unless stated otherwise. (For example: if your commission is more complex/detailed or more simple, it might influence the time it takes for me to complete it)--If you wish to have the finished piece before a certain date, we can communicate to see what can be arranged and if additional fees apply.

FINISHED
--I will be giving you the unglazed version of the art in PNG. I normally work on a A5 size canvas with 300dpi (1748x2480 pixels) and RGB. If you wish for a different size or format, it's necessary for you to enter in contact with me and inform me before you make the payment.--You can have the digital files for the high resolution PNG files from the previous steps (example: sketch step). Just send me a message asking for them.--I will not modify and/or do revisions to your commission after 1 month of having it delivered to you

TIMEZONES
--Keep in mind that there's a big chance that I live in another timezone than you and that I have responsibilities outside of the virtual world. By commissioning me, you understand that I will not be able to reply to you as soon as you send a message.--It might take me at least 24 hours for me to see your commission request.

I AGREE

That failling to follow these terms of service will put me in the blacklist and make me unable to commission new art with the artist.
